Based in Warners Bay, we’ve grown from one man working out of a home office to a team of 13. A lot has changed in that time, but the way we look after our clients hasn’t. One of the benefits of working with Progressive is that you’re not relying on just one person. Our four financial advisers work closely together, with the experience and mentorship of our Founder and Director, Brad Downes. Between them, there are five financial minds sharing ideas, talking through strategies and bringing different strengths to the table. You’ll have your adviser, but you’ll also have the experience of the wider team behind them.

And it’s a team that has been together for a long time. Our 13 staff have an average tenure of more than 10 years. For you, that means dealing with people who get to know you, your history and your family, rather than having to start again with someone new every few years.
